─░nsan ve mikroorganizma s├╝rekli bir birliktelik i├žinde olup pek ├žok de─či┼čkene ba─čl─▒ olan bu ├žok boyutlu ili┼čki pozitif veya negatif birtak─▒m ├ž─▒kt─▒lara neden olabilmektedir. T─▒p ve biyoteknolojideki ilerlemelere paralel olarak mikroorganizmalar insanl─▒─č─▒n yarar─▒ i├žin kullan─▒lmakta ve gerek birey gerekse toplum sa─čl─▒─č─▒na katk─▒ sa─člamas─▒ nedeniyle halk sa─čl─▒─č─▒ a├ž─▒s─▒ndan da b├╝y├╝k ├Ânem arz etmektedir. Bu a├ž─▒dan mikroorganizmalar─▒n amaca uygun olarak ├╝retilebilmesi ve pek ├žok alan ve sekt├Ârde kullan─▒labilmesi bilim insanlar─▒n─▒n ├╝zerinde durduklar─▒ ├Ânemli ve g├╝ncel bir konudur. Bu ├žal─▒┼čmada perfluorodekalinin de─či┼čik mikroorganizma gruplar─▒n─▒n geli┼čim ve b├╝y├╝meleri ├╝zerindeki etkileri incelenmi┼čtir. S─▒v─▒ besiyerlerine gaz-transfuzyon y├Ântemiyle perfluorodekalin eklendi─činde┬á % 0.2-2ÔÇÖlik konsantrasyonun mikroorganizma biyok├╝tlesinde art─▒┼ča neden oldu─ču g├Âsterilmi┼čtir. Biyoteknolojik i┼člemlerde Rhodococcus, Escherichia, Pseudomonas, Bacillus, mantarlardan Penicillium, Fusarium ve Saccharomyces k├╝lt├╝rlerinde perfluorodekalin kullan─▒m─▒n─▒n m├╝mk├╝n olabilece─či g├Âsterilmi┼čtir.

THE EFFECT of PERFLUORODECALIN on REPRODUCING and GROWTH of MICROORGANISMS

Abstract: The multi dimensional relationship between human and microorganisms may cause positive or negative outcomes due to conditions.  Today, the benefits of microorganisms  became even more important for both personal and public health by the improvement of medical sciences and biotechnology.  So reproducing and using them in multi sectoral areas are the important topics for scientists. It is aimed to investigate the effect of perfluorodecalin on reproduction and growth of various microorganisms in this study. It is observed that the gas transfusion of perfluorodecalin in 0.2-2% concentration to the medium is able to increase biomass of microorganism and it is shown that it is possible to use perfluorodecalin in some of microbiological cultures like Rhodococcus, Escherichia, Pseudomonas, Bacillus as bacteria and Penicillium, Fusarium and Saccharomyces as the micromycetes by the study.
